Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and provide documentation i.e. project/cr reporting for management meeting i.e. Steering committee, Senior Management, Board, etc.
  • Act as Secretariat i.e. Schedule regular meetings, record decisions/minute-taking, and follow up on actions items.
  • Admin for IT (BAU & Project) by administrating the financial i.e., to keep track department expenses according to budget approved & coordinate all IT invoices, payments, and filings.
  • Any other relevant ad-hoc duties assigned.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in relevant field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Domain proficiency in insurance business and its operations is preferred.
